1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to http://www.asejax.com/ (the “Site”), operated by All Service Electric Group, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a fully licensed and insured electrical contractor in the State of Florida (locally owned and operated by a state-licensed Master Electrician). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Company.

2. Description of the Site and Services The Site provides informational content about our electrical contracting services for residential and commercial clients in the Jacksonville, FL area and Northeast Florida (the “Greater Jacksonville area”), including but not limited to electrical remodels, installations, repairs, service calls, parking lot lighting, LED retrofits, lighting installation, commercial and industrial wiring, panel service changes, and related projects. We have been providing skilled electricians since 1989. All actual electrical work, quotes, estimates, and service agreements are governed by separate written contracts and are not formed or binding through the Site alone. The Site does not offer online booking, payments, or contract formation.

3. Use of the Site You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or interfere with its operation.

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

4. 11. Miscellaneous If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. We do not waive any rights by failing to enforce a provision.
